Leaders In Training (LIT) AAU program is designed to better our participants as players,students and citizens of their respective communities. LIT intends to increase each and every players knowledge and ability of the game of basketball as well as other life skills needed to excel on and off the court.
Players in our program our pushed weekly with skill development, college level run practices and high level basketball tournamnets throughout New England. Our players come from all over the Southcoast area such as New Bedford, Wareham, Fall River and Marion.
We pride ourselves on teaching our youth how to be positive role models in society, sportsmanship, respect, integrity and teamwork. We feel basketball gives kids a safe space to set goals and experience the thrill of achieving them. Kids can strive to set personal bests and gain confidence in their abilities. That confidence helps them to achieve success in school and in their personal relationships, and help prepare them to find success as adults.
